With a background in business studies, Hadija Jabiri is a visionary entrepreneur and founder/CEO of AGRIEDO, dedicated to sustainable agriculture by empowering thousands of youth and women smallholder farmers across Tanzania. She has received numerous awards for her contributions to the agribusiness sector and serves in advisory roles for public and private organizations. Hadija's commitment to empowering smallholder farmers and community development is evident through her various impactful initiatives

Passionate about unlocking the potential of African youth through authentic education and entrepreneurship. Owner of Legacy Academy and Legacy International, with years of experience in the innovation ecosystem. Also, a seasoned landscaper and horticulturist, committed to holistic development and resource utilization for the advancement of African communities.

Ms. Lillian, founder and Managing Director of Niajiri platform, holds vast experience in Tanzania's HR sector. Alongside co-founding Ekihya, a consultancy, she aids businesses in optimizing operational efficiency through streamlined processes and systems. This collaborative approach is pivotal in enhancing efficiency, contributing significantly to their overall success and growth.

With a Bachelor of Education in Science, Mr. Atilio brings years of experience working with NGOs and serving on various boards. Currently with the Ilula Orphan Program, he spearheads outreach programs, strategic management, resource mobilization, and stakeholder engagement efforts, contributing significantly to the program's mission and impact within the community.

Honest is the Head of Programs at ANSAF, was Secretary of the national Task Force Team for developing Tanzania's Post-Harvest Management Strategy. He founded JUWAVITA and consulted in Economics and Agribusiness at AFAP. With a master's in Economics from the University of Dar es Salaam, he's dedicated to enhancing agricultural practices and rural development in Tanzania.
Board Member
A legal scholar specializing in gender and development, human rights, workforce pipeline policy, data privacy & cybersecurity, and environmental policy, she leads strategic planning at Manglona Lab, Penn State Law School. With 15+ years' experience, she has designed, managed, and implemented community-based programs for national governments and international agencies like UNDP, ILO, and WHO.
Accountant
Felix Sigachuma, is an accountant at Agriedo Hub, who is experienced in management accounting, Taxation, Auditing and Financial reporting. With a bachelor degree in Accounting and Finance in Private Sector achieved in 2020 at Mzumbe University, he has more than 4 years working experience as an accountant at University of Iringa and Agriedo Hub. He is a proficient advisor in taxation, audits, and financial reporting to an organization.

Charles has coordinated various programs at Agriedo hub with the aim to foster innovation and entrepreneurship skills of youth and women in the Agriculture value chain. His journey has been marked by transitioning from legal studies to overseeing and coordinating projects, Charles brings a unique blend of legal acumen and project management expertise and managerial skills to the table.
